My neon gobies are hyper as well, almost to a point that they seem to be "harassing" other fishes to rid them of pests. Random shot of the cleaner shrimp.

Recently added Hector's goby and yellow wrasse. The yellow wrasse is very active, and the moment it entered my tank, it was already on the hunt all around my zoas...

Some updates... I suck at keeping Yasha gobies... they always hide and eventually disappear, whether they are feeding or not. My Rainford goby didn't make it either. The good news is my nudis problem seems to be finally under control! Some of my palys are still stressed from so much Lugol's dipping that they have bleached, but otherwise slowly recovering to their former glory. The rest of the zoas are slowly picking up as well. Algae problems have also reduced after I stopped feeding cyclopeeze. It used to be in my auto feeder, so now its just NLS pellets.

Yes, I have read that a refugium with copepod "factories" do help in providing a constant food supply for them. It'll be a bonus if you can train it to feed on brine or mysis shrimp, both live or frozen, just in case pod supplies run out.
