  1. Ahem... cabs are also considered public transport...
  2. So what are your plans for that little extra space beside your tank?
  3. A little , but may I ask where did you get the enkemat mesh?
  4. Who paid for the zoas in the first place? If its your parents, aren't you cheating them by selling it away? What's their reason for not allowing you to sell?
  5. If it gets too messy, I would do a 100% rescape to fix all the problems. I find using super glue gel more effective compared to epoxy, but its more effective to do it dry than underwater.
  6. Here's a little something to cheer you up from the scaping mess...
  7. IMO, $20 per kg is really expensive for normal rocks... Fiji rocks would seem more reasonable, but I'm not too familiar with the rates.
  8. 1)Kelvin70 2) Raydiative (Simei) 3) Justin @ Pasir ris 4) digibee 5) peacemaker
  9. And what kind of supplements are you suggesting?
  10. Your choice should be easy... the monthly bills will help you decide!
  11. How do you maintain the intensity of prata colours?
  12. Read that G2 Maxspect has LEDs that are more towards purple.
  13. The gobies are really tiny! Never try bonsai scaping?
  14. Its used with the MaxSpect. Helps to diffuse the light so it will not be so glaring and pin-point. Still bright enough with 1.5 Ft height.
  15. I've attached 2 pieces of white acrylic as light diffusers for my set, and so far I've seen polyps opening much bigger. Since you're staying somewhere near where I work, I can pass 2 pieces to you to give it a try. Kinda wasted, since we are restricting the LEDs from its full potential, but better than not using it at all.
  16. I've always performed step #1 when the colony is stable. For step #2, you might wanna try Lugol's solution instead of just freshwater. You can read more in detail in the link I posted on page 2 of this thread.
  17. Equipment wise, get a digital timer that enables you to preset specific days. That way, you can set your fan / chiller to switch on when the A/C is off, especially during weekends. Auto top off will be key to maintaining evaporation rates. You'd be surprised how much water is lost per day even in an air-conditioned environment.
  18. Nice tank! I used to know an Indonesian guy by the name of Chandra, who worked in Singapore for some time.
  19. Your area definitely has a ton of breeze...
  20. Sorry to hear that, but are you sure its the nudis infection that caused the tank to crash...? Care to share more information?
  21. I would use that spare space for a small frag tank...
