  1. I felt like a coral diver when I picked leaves at the bottom of the swimming pool...

Come come to the clinic, i got some staff for you ^^

  2. Haven't seen any ric shipments in the eastern LFSes this year, or have I missed the boat?
  3. Lol... good job at pairing. Mine are still very timid, but getting bolder by the day.
  4. I got one of the juv orchid dottybacks from the latest batch. Super cute.
  5. Lots of seahorses spotted at ah beng's. Not too sure what type though. They are slowly clearing all the coral chips and rubble from their coral tanks, so it looks a lot cleaner and much more presentable.
  6. You can consider doing a mod on the HOB as a small refugium, and even add an Ice-probe as your chiller. All-in-one solution.
  7. There is definitely water movement from the HOB filter for your tank size.
  8. Alternatively, you can consider using a HOB filter to provide water movement in your tank. If you go for a reliable one like Hagen AquaClear 70, it should provide sufficient flow. It should cost slightly less than a Tunze 6025.
  9. Save up and go for an MP10, or you can look out for a 2nd hand Koralia Nano. K1 & Tunze 6025 are probably overpowered for your tank size.
  10. Other bigger and meaner wrasses. Even clownfishes don't give face.
  11. IME, the yellow wrasse always seems to be the victim... lol.
  12. I've had an MP10 for about 2 years now, and it works perfectly fine, so it might just be a batch problem? I've never run it at full blast though...

  14. Instead of 2x minis, might as well use just 1 PAR38? Your tank size is approx. a 1ft cube, so coverage from a PAR38 with 60o lens would suffice.
  15. Ahem... depends on the parents... some mixtures might not do so well...
  16. Why don't you go for LumenAqua Max 200 instead? I think it will be more suitable.
  17. You can consider the Dracula Goby. I prefer the Yasha due to its coloration. That's definitely part of the plans. However, I wanna make sure my tank is stable and ready before embarking on this crazy journey! Normally, the fish performs the guard duty while the shrimp does the work. Its interesting, since the shrimp is the one with the "weapon". The shrimp is very meticulous in picking up bigger pieces and placing them carefully on each location. Like a craftsman with his tools. Lol... interesting idea. I could also use a clear acrylic sheet for the top as well. Thanks! Can't wait to add more colours to the tank. Then he will need some rubber as well...? Lol... I very much prefer real spawning. Can't wait to get another as a real mate for the Yasha.
  18. Oh my... let's not go there, shall we? Some better pics of the Yasha, Randall's pistol shrimp and the hermit. I'll upload a video shortly.
