  1. Bro, I think this is fan made, not the real thing.
  2. Yes, I was admiring the photos of the tank till I got to the acrylic stand. So much effort put into it, best to get a reliable cabinet.
  3. Stick some GSP and let it grow wild on your overflow pipe. Helps to camo it.
  4. Its up to you. If you find it messy, take it out. Otherwise, its fine to leave it in the tank. Some people actually feed it to the LPS.
  5. Ha... ratings and comments have been disabled for the video. Wise choice.
  6. I'm a process guy leh... but never heard of the above terms. Not as pro as you lah... My chain would be this: Algae outbreak -> tank looks horrible -> decomm
  7. The proper term is called molting. Just like shrimp, they shed their exoskeleton to grow bigger, and it hardens to form new exoskeleton.
  8. Its like a white rabbit face plastered on the right side of the clown.
  9. No. The zoas were already out of water, in my hands.
  10. Anyone confirmed the perimeters yet?
  11. My zoas decided to thank me for brushing algae off their stalks by squirting juice right into my mouth. I immediately rinsed my mouth thoroughly. In general, lets not take things for granted and appply some safety precautions in dealing with corals.
  12. http://reeftools.com/live/forum/showthread.php?t=1593
  13. A hang-on-back filter with a surface skimmer will do the trick.
  14. I think you meant water changes? Using sea water to top up evaporated water will be a continuous increase in the salinity of your tank water.
  15. To add on, there are still plenty of strawberry crabs, some sally light foot (should I say, "feet"? ), large male flame wrasses as well.
  16. I'm not too sure about the skimmer body, but cleaning the neck regularly definitely makes a difference in skimming efficiency.
  17. It has that oopmhhh look. Very nice. Do give us a review.
  18. Any tank maker should be able to do it for you. All you need to provide is your requirements. If they are good, they can even give you suggestions to improve the design.
