The clarity of acrylic tanks are hard to resist... I find that the distortion from normal glass is quite bad. Getting those starphire glass for nanos seems like an overkill, so acrylic should be good enough. I'm not sure of the comparison price-wise though. I'm quite careful with my stuff, so hopefully scratches will be kept at the minimum, if not, none. Thanks for the PM! Anyone else have more lobang?

Bleached ricordias (from my tank upgrade shift) showing signs of recovery. 7th May 2008

I found these in my filter wool today. Had the luxury of taking pics under a microscope. These guys were the ones that jumped off my zoas when I performed the Lugol's solution dip. I was told they are copepods... can anyone comfirm? Also, will they be harmful to zoas?

Ok... yes yes, prevention is better than cure, but I'd like to find out if anyone who has felt this itch and pain after handling stuff in your tank applied any ointment or medication that effectively helps sooth it? I experienced this and suffered for more than 2 weeks, but sometimes still lazy to put on gloves...

Anyone? Also, is it ok to use Iwarna's Top Up for the dip?
