If you're on a budget, its quite an affordable light set. 2 switches, but only 1 power point, so if you plan to have different timings for actinics and white light, you'll have to modify on your own. Why don't you try Illumax? Slightly more expensive, but comes with different plugs for actinic, white and LED moonlight. Working fine for me.

I think my cleaner shrimp is pregnant with eggs. Found a bigger stomach with lots of tiny green "seeds". Can't really take a good picture with the belly though...

I think you can't keep using the same charcoal over and over again. You have to change it periodically, say every 1 - 2 mths? You may need to change your filter wool more frequently as well. I would do a 100% water change with NSW and re-start the ANN cycle without all the livestock. Test your water perimeters before adding them back in.

Nah... its good step by step updates. Being a nano, there's nothing much once you've taken tons of photos of the same corals. I'm still in the midst of planning for a small upgrade, so I'll leave the photos for later.

This is indeed quite unusual... hermits depend on their shells for long term survival. Unless they needed to molt, you don't see them crawling around without their shells.
