More power yet lower flow. Installed the MD55 direct into EV240 without Tee... very loud air injection sound. Think the MD55 got some oil or chemical so my EV-240 not broken in yet but the bubbles is completely different than previously. Gate valve fully open and the big bubbles shoot up 1/2 way up the foam tower

you try that and I assure you your EV-240 will stop foaming

90w to drive EV-240. Another pump like 1260 to drive chiller Total = 150W Changed to MD55 (130W) to drive chiller + EV-240. So which one consume lesser power ?

Not really, with a 2.5ft width you can do a gradual slope. Where for a 2.5ft depth and 2 width the slope is more steep. Should have gone with a custom built in the house one, 4ftx3ftx2.5ft(h) with 6"DSB. Aiya don't want to change the tank already Maybe when I move house.

really got pple arm so long can reach the base of 2.5ft deep tank? If you add an open top hood then it will be even higher. Maybe get someone to built the tank in your house so you can have 4x2.5x2.5ft, add a 6" DSB and still get 2ft useable height.
