  1. Ribbon worm vs bristle worm. Guess who won??? The bristleworm den is the tube made from sand. Seems like it got hunted out. Then a tough fight went on for a while
  2. Ribbon worm? Good or bad? If not dangerous one I don't mind leaving it in the tank. Pretty long too. It gets thinner but all the way to the rear of the LR. Got rid of two 2cm long mantis this evening. One I flush out with fresh water. The other one I use epoxy to seal it's den
  3. Looks nice right? Not sure if harmful.
  4. What worm is this??? Quite pretty and hopefully not those poisonous ones.
  5. HP call home: who pay? HP pays for airtime. Home call HP: who pay? Home pay fixed line charge. HP pays HP airtime except for those on free incoming call. Hp call HP: who pay? Free incoming call no need to pay for incoming call. Else pay for airtime.
  6. If you try that top, middle and bottom. Once power failure you'll see that your floor is flooded Unless you install check valve but that is prone to choking.
  7. Red arrow points to the part that broke off and now with new growth and polyps. Too brights to photograph when lights are on. Blue arrow points to the base where it is encrusting already. It's not a lot of growth for one week+ but I am very exicted already.
  8. Me too me too birdnest, birdnest, birdnest, birdnest, birdnest
  9. That appears as bright yellow under 10KK BLVs. Only green in 20KK. I happened to picked it up in PRiz that day and another reefer saw it tell me very nice color, must buy must buy good chance to keep it's color. I guess probably also from SRC too. No chance to ask his name as he was busying picking the smaller frags. Taking a long time to choose the purple ones.
  10. Wow got rumour abt my tank ? lol... You go read from 1st message in this thread know how old my tank is already. 3 months plus I think. Was dosing addictive like crazy while I tune my CR properly, finally managed to get the parameters stable yesterday Your tank also not that long right, SPS doing well right? I dunno my tank cos success or not need at least 6 months or more to tell if the SPS really do well or not.
  11. Yes from Iwana on the day of shipment. grow grow grow. The part that broke off grow new polyps and extended already Wave here wave there.
  12. lol...... got chance I will torture you back....pls wait for me 9 months later. Not too long time at least not 10 yrs.
  13. SL have them from time to time. 2 weeks ago saw in Paris Ris but condition not so good, must have been there for quite a while. Shop around the LFS should be able to find them. Or monitor the LFS stock report section in case any bro here saw in LFS and post there.
  14. stop posting your SPS photo can or not? Making me gian Or at least spare some frags if you are fraging then I don't feel so bad. Hunting for birdnest *hint* *hint*
  15. at this rate probably you'll need to dual beckett soon Don't worry, my tank is always ready for all your SPS.
  16. Forget the SPS, go wack & buy all the lovely tangs..... go go go. Quick. Before you do that, sell me all your SPS
  17. So fast cheong down already? My these two tomato a bit retarted one, took a few days to start to host the anemone.
  18. Sealife do have some green BTA, I think going at $25. I find it $$$ so never buy.
  19. Not entirely true. If your chiller input from 2nd compartment of sump and outlet into 3rd compartment then there will be not any "short circuit" hence sump temp will not be lower than the main tank and chiller run time will not be shorter. For sump to tank, depending on the current flow in the tank. Remember cold water sink so if your water circulation is not sufficiently high then all the colder water will collect at the bottom of your tank and chiller run time will be very long For this reason my outlet of the chiller is besides my tunze so it helps to circulate the chilled water properly.
  20. sump to tank, driving chiller with return pump so saves on one pump.
  21. Sold off the brown bubble tip anemone. Now both tomato clown hosting the same anemone. Before that each one host it's own anemone. Kinda like divorced and stay separately. At last man. Hopefully they live happily ever after lol.
  22. BTA = bubble tip anemone ??? I kept before at 29degs no problem. Now keeping at 25-26degs also no problem.
  23. Reserved by bro sunnymau who was the first to contact me and confirmed.
