You know the other day I added a powder brown and my AT went straight for it and before the bugger knows the AT has wack till it has fainted... with the body curved lying on the sandbed. I though it has died if not for the breathing. I just net it out into my FOWLR What I do is for the first tang I buy the smallest possible. Then the size gets larger, this will give the new tang more chance to fight off the larger one. However sometimes size don't count my AT still wack the hell out of my sohal which is more than twice it's size till it goes into hiding.

All different sized but I try to buy smaller ones. Control bioload? Either get a big skimmer or some other way of exporting nutrients, eg water change, refigium etc. It's not bioload, you have to take care as tangs can be aggressive to other tangs causing stress

yup yup.... but watch the bioload.. tang poo are terrible...

I recently comissioned my red dragon so that adds about 6000 l/h more actual flow into the 4ft and the sandbed is still sort of intact Flow is the life of the reef ah... no flow where got healthy reef tank? lol.

I bought 2 of the fishes. One of them the blue one was a fann benny. This orange/blue one I did not have chance to photograph it at that time. Now the question.... is this eel fish safe or not? Keeper or I should get rid of it heheh. Was surprised it was still alive
