    Near to petmart there is a hardware shop that sells the 2mm acrylic sheet.

    skimmer turn over rate means actual flow rate of water in the skimmer.

    It also depends on turn over rate for your skimmer. No point having a skimmer with turn over of 1x per hr and sump turn over of 20x per hr, pure waste of energy.
