If want to treat then make a quick decision to treat. Else just leave it and let the fish fight it out. Usually people leaves till the fish is very seriously infected by the ich before they take action like dose medication etc. End up the fish is not killed by the ich but rather by the added stress.

How many corals do you have? Remove them and tompang at some pple's place. Then use hyposalinity on your main tank for 6 weeks. After that shiok shiok no more ich provided you don't introduce new fishes with ich.

Tips har? When it's time to get them start on pellet then they will. I know some reefer's AT never start on pellet, just nori all the way. You could try to obtain Henry's food and see if you can get your AT to be interested. Then you can slowly coat the pellet with the food and get it to start on pellet. That's how I got mine on pellets but it was about 4 months in my tank before I got it to start on pellets.
