simple, high flow at the top and reasonable flow at the bottom. Raise all the LR with epoxy stands so the bottom 2-3cm has free flow for the water currents. It's not always about the total flow you have but more even flow so that there is min dead spots You can have one 1mega l/h powerhead in your tank but that won't do too much good also

RO = reject impurities. DI = replace "toxic" ions with safe ions. You might get 0 TDS after DI stage thinking the water is very pure but in actual fact most of the ions present in the DI only water do not register any TDS count. This means that RO+DI still give more pure water than DI stage alone.

If your flow is so high and concentrated that they fish cannot swim ard the SPS then the tissues would be blown away long ago..... maybe the flat worm also blown away
