You could try adding very small amounts of kH addictives at a time. Probably with adding kH addictives is that they kH would be raise in a short amount of time and hence this cause stress to the SPS especially under a low nutrient enviroment. Maybe monitor the kH consumption rate properly and setup a continous dripping system might work, you want to give it a shot ?

Best way is to reduced the feedings.

Due to the high turn-over rate in a beckett, it is diffcult to solve the micro bubbles exiting out into the skimmer especially for those beckett skimmers designed with small little box or w/o any box. Those with bigger and taller box can have baffles built-in to reduce the micro bubbles exiting the skimmer. A better and more full proof ways would be to use a sump that has properly designed baffling spacing and no. of baffle to eliminate the micro bubbles.

If your Mg levels are in good order then I suggest like what Alfa has said, increase the effluent flow of your CR and then increase CO2 bubbling to keep the same dkh from the effluent.
