Needs more macro algae to fight the PO4 and NO3. I already bought the big fern from CF but they comes with the LR so the LR takes up quite a lot of space if I buy a lot of the rocks. I got the hair type, small fern, medium fern and the large fern but think not enuff. Need to reduce the LR in the ref and grow them on the egg crates instead so more surface area.

My tank water stay at 25 degs to 26.5 degs and still I see them climb above the water surface. Maybe the Euro bracing stopped them from getting out of the tank. My NO3 near but more than 2.5ppm and PO4 near but more than 0.25ppm. I also found something like Aiptasia like stuffs attached to some of the snails. They moved actually and later some attached to my LR. Got a long based with tentacles as well just like a Aiptasia but the color is light green with light grey strips. I nuked them with concentrated kalk and they didn't melt away but just close up. Probably will try again.

did you check your ph value? when they are having problem breathing what's the ph like? Before I transferred all my LS over to my current 4ft I put all of them in my 100 litres tank. Same as you, all my fishes died and before they die they are having problems breathing. The rest of the LS including shrimps, corals, anemones are all doing well. I did nothing that before they marti the ph swing quite badly like from 7.6 at night to 8.3-8.4 in the day. I also noticed that the fishes don't eat so well then followed by difficulty in breathing the next day. Now don't seems to have the problem, already more than 2 weeks already and eat well. Maybe you want to check your ph and then add kalk as topup water. If your tank is small then pls add the kalk slowly if not you're going to stress your LS when the ph change suddenly.

Must have acros ??? I check with L*veAquar*a.com and it says Gobies are relatively small fish, usually reaching three inches in captivity. Gobies adjust well to aquarium life. A well-sealed lid is a requirement for keeping gobies, as they will jump out of an open aquarium. Plenty of rockwork and the proper substrate of coral sand should be provided to enable burrowing or sand sifting Gobies the proper environment. Quite true actaully, the green and yellow one jumped into my overflow. I got time out already. Better do something to cover it. Gonna DIY moonlight with 475nm and 426nm LEDS and 4-5 sets of 6-8 LEDS to simulate sunrise/sunset effect. Else they get shocked might just jump out.

did you overdose the blue liquid? I think the blue liquid is Malachite Green, I would go with 50% of the recommended dosage from the bottle.

for return pump need to look at the flow curve cos you need to drive the water high and if the pump is not pressure rated then sometimes too much lost and you get lousy flow rate.
