OT is for calibration of the temp. Let's say you've a thermometer in your tank and it shows 25 degs but the display on your chiller shows 27 degs. You'll need to set OT to "-2.0" to make the two display the same. You got the HY setting correct After you set your HY correctly then OT will blink, just leave it and it will go back to normal mode in about 10 sec.

my brown humilis from LCK110 also been brown for the pass 2 months, don't even see any change at all in the tips. Luckily my big yellow humilis from PRiz still yellow

what do you mean by max min temp? You mean "max as the temp that the compressor will start running and "min" as temp the compressor will stop? In this case you need to refer to the instruction. "min" temp will be the set point. "max" temp will be the setpoint (min) + HY.

What I did was first I had my YT in Jan. Then I got my salifin in April. I make sure I get one that is larger than the YT so it will be easier for it to fight the YT which is already established. End up no fighting happened. Maybe I got a mild tempered salifin

Bro bubble_gum, there's no fighting between my YT and sailifin tang. The salifin tang is more than 2x the size of the YT so it can only see but do nothing to it. bro deepblue, Which side of you mean? Actually on the right side it is slight slopping down all the way from the rear of the tank to abt 6" from the front of the tank. The top part of the rock at the rear is about 8" from the surface and then slopes down to 1" at the end of the slope. I asked my wife to help me look and give idea but this time she bo chap me so I suggestions. I broke off a few frags during the rescaping yesterday so have put them on some holes (taught by Hon) and will wait for them to grow. Once they grow big big don't worry I will spare you some frags.

Did a rescape to the SPS side of the tank so I get more space for SPS In the process I got rid of one 1/2" hairy crab (crush to death) and one 2" hair crab (peel off the top shell, throw back to tank for my cleaner shrimps). Hopefully didn't stress the fishes too much end up all get white spot. Repositioned my tunze 6000 at the same time. All tunze is off now while I wait for the epoxy to cure. Meanwhile all fishes are out in full force.

looks are so deceiving right? I thought my yellow tang would be the bastard, end up it's the salifin tang. Actually the yellow tang is abt 60% the size of the foxface while the salfin is abt 150% larger than the foxface. Big bully small

Added to the tank after 2 hrs slow drip. Regain it's color immediately after introduction. Once added, all the 3 tang went to take a close look at this fella. Not interesting for them so all swim away. Once a while the Salifin and yellow tang will be back to take another close look then swim away.
