Alfa, best to confirm the flow rate with say a 10L pail the see how long it takes to fill up then we can better see the diff in performance. Remember the other time when you just fired up your 1.25hp Ti it takes only 1 hrs to drop 1 deg whereas in my tank is takes donkey yrs The enviroment might have some difference.

Bro Alfa, did you try to measure the flow coming out of the chiller? Cos at this point of time I do not get any condensation problem and I guess my flow now for the chiller is around 1000-1500 l/h. I am using the oceanfree 9000 (4500 l/h 80w) to drive my chiller taking in from sump then thru the chiller and to the UV sterlizier and then back to the main tank. Total piping length is about 3m. Run time now is about 35 mins to cool my 4x2x2 + 2x2x2 tank by 0.8degs with 900w of MH.

Make sure the wooden stand is made with the proper wood also. Like my current wooden stand dunno make with what wood the center part start to bow a little so no choice got a center beam to reinforce it. See what happens when I tried to go cheap

The stand is one of the most important item in your setup. Imagine the metal stand starts to corrode after one or two yrs and at that time your reef is already very stable. It is no joke to change stand. So go with a wooden one A bit more $$$ but better in the long run.
