close shop for the night already All the photos are raw, no editing, just crop and resize (reduce resolution) Oh yes reduce by exposure by up to 1 stop (for nikon camera) so the brighter parts of the image won't be saturated.

I think just follow the basic and certainly can get some decent shot. 1. Keep your glass clean (inside and outside) 2. shoot perpenticular to the glass to miminse distortion, most of us no money for clear glass

One tips, if no tripod then lean the lens against the glass surface, this will also give the least distortion
