i don't know if garlic is bad for fishes. but ever since freshwater time to now reefing time, i have been using garlic fish food and never encounter a bad experience before. my fav fish food is NLS Thera A.

still have a few inside the big tanks at the back.

Over the weeks I've increased mine to A:70% B:85%. I went 90% on B and can see some brown algae growth.. Dim back down to 85%.

I meant to say bubble gum millie not monti.

I think still early cause I've been using the razor for 1mth only. But I did experience sps coloring up nicely.. My Dino egg monti came brown and it's greenish now. Bubble gum monti green base got stronger too. From what I know. Whiter led encourages growth while bluer led encourages color.

you're right, i re-read and found out his tank was set up in jan. i apologies for not reading properly first. but 4 tangs in a 322 is still bad IMHO.. no hard feelings to TS.
