i think the only problem with your hopar light set is that the reflective panel are not as good as those ATI panel which uses individual reflectors..

Hey guys, i have a 120x60x36cm tank with total water volume of around 280L including sump.. im planning to add in a yellow tang, blue tang, midas blenny, royal gramma and Flame angel (all small and juv fish) in the next few weeks. i now have 2 banggai cardinal, 2 true perc, 1 bicolor blenny, 1 mandarin and 1 hector goby in my tank now.. Next week i want to add 1 or 2 fishes in (adding 1 - 2 fishes per week) which should be the next? midas blenny and royal gramma? dwarf angel or tangs should be the last to go in? i'll be adding the yellow and blue tang in together.

sometimes when i want to know the price of some corals in the tank beside the display tank, those people sitting on the tables will ask me if i need any help when the auntie is not around.. very friendly people there!

those looking for true perc clownfish pair. drop by CF.. good quality and readily feeds on pellet! i got a pair myself..

i was at CF 2 hours ago and was looking for true perc clown.. one pair caught my eye and asked auntie to feed pellet.. they chiong the pellet like as if they have never ate anything before. agree that price is steep but quality appears to be very good and fishes are very healthy.. so tabao a pair back! My previous pair of true perc clown (for my 34L small tank) was from sea life.. looks healthy from the shop and didn't ask for any feeding demo. Reach back home to my 34L tank (3 - 4 months old at that point of time) never eat anything for a few days and passed away soon after that.. i bought another pair of Banggai cardinal from ah beng last week and both took frozen brine shrimp readily within the next day. ah beng's fishes are quite healthy too.

i run a M size ANS sock filter and i have 2 of them, i change them out every week and wash them. im wondering how many washes can these socks take before they need to be thrown away?

IMO, get a reef octopus or skimz overflow box, DIY a 2ft five plan tank as sump, and keep all your equipments there.

some of the bros placed the inlet and outlet inside the IOS of the OF 34L, the body will have to hang outside from the back.. i don't think any good skimmer can fit the IOS area itself.

Bubble magus E3 can fit.

im not exactly sure about that because i bought a 3 stage DI unit before i set up my first marine tank. IMO, get a DI or RO/DI unit better. save your hassle to buy those distilled water and if you happen to upgrade (which i strongly believe so!) the DI would be of great use.

don't mind i ask some question in your thread starfish123, I have a 70g~ water system which i want to bring to ULN system. it seems like bioclean-salt is a great choice. i plan to dose Reefbooster as nutrients after my system got to ULN.. what do you guys think? any other prodibio users?

i would say 30 - 36cm. my tank's 36cm tall after having a 1 inch sand bed, and leaving 2 cm at the top for water clearance. im left with about 31 - 32cm of actual water only. which seems perfect for shallow tank!

Wah... Didn't know so cheap.. Got them as copper ring zoas though.. Anyway frags sold and will pull out sale of colony since its so cheap.. Radioactive green still available. Price reduce to 30 bucks. Thanks for pointing out guys!

I prefer salt mix. But nsw gives faster cycling.
