grotech ABCM does indicate what each bottle consist of. guess to find out how effective, is to buy and try it out. for my case i think its a really good product. i believe many will agree with me.

would dosing 2x per week compared to 1x per week (same amount just divide by 2) be better? or anyone actually dose daily (also divide equally). im currently dosing twice a week. each day 1 bottle.

agree with macovan, running carbon is important. im running rowacarbon on my tank tgt with rowaphos in a TLF 150 reactor and using vinegar as carbon dosing. nitrates are at 1 - 2ppm. po4 at 0.

since polyplab are just carbon dosing, maybe you should start polyplab after your cycling is done. i don't think you need to run biopellets. you'll still need to run rowaphos. do remember to post pictures of your new tank!

from what i know reef vitality makes coral absorb nutrients, trace elements and food at a much faster pace.. so i will need to reduce my dosage of ABCM.. read overseas forum seems like very good review leh.
