from my very limited knowledge of LED, theres no UV leds but only True violet or hyper violet. get the violet in 420 - 430nm which i think is the best for corals.

Led choice looks good. At least they used neutral and warm white instead of cool white alone. Swapping the Blue for violet led (not uv) I'd a good choice.

Great choice of tank and equipment! Why not go for 120w razor x2? I believe will be better. Similar price too I think

first 2 months of my tank my kH can fluctuate up to 3 dkh (7 - 10) daily. i tested daily for my kh and ca to make sure its in accurate level. right now around 1dkh is consumed every 2 - 3 days. i seldom dose ca as it seems to be always stable at 420 - 440ppm.. as for mg its always at 1380 - 1410ppm.. i make sure i test at least 2 times a week on all my parameters.

if my tank i get 2x120w, hang lower abit i think i can grow SPS on the sand bed

Hey thanks, I'm still trying to balance out my parameters. My parameters now are N03: 2ppm P04: 0-0.03ppm Ca: 420-430ppm Mg:1400ppm Kh:8 dkh Ph:8.2 I don't have a dosing pump and I manually dose my ca and kh to maintain at that level. I do dose grotech ABCM additives and this product do helps alot in sps PE. I feed reef nutrition oyster feast daily but only 1/2 teaspoon. I also do 8% wc with red sea coral pro salt weekly. Your royal blue milie looks really good!

they are fairly easy LPS, low - mid light, moderate wave flow. once a week feed brine shrimp (i feed oyster feast to tank daily).

Theres some brand like Skimz and reef octopus that makes overflow box. i've heard some people mentioning skimz often lose its siphon so i think reef octopus is a better choice.

Never had a blasto before but I'm pretty sure they are acans.

Just sharing some shots here, in my relatively new tank (3month+ old), some sps color up but some do become paler. Heres a before & after shot of some sps which i own for around 2.5 months. 1.5months on Maxspect g2 170w, 1month on Razor. During my previous sale of the acan frags quite a few you you guys enquired on if anymore frags will be available. i cut up one of my mini colony and here's what i have for sale. For those who miss out the previous acan sale, I bought the mother colony more than a month ago totally white (bleached) and showing skeleton. Cut away quite abit dead flash and now its slowly recovering. Color is turq base with red strips. i believe with more TLC, the red will definitely get more intense. Theres 4 frags, they have roughly the same amount of flesh.. No I would say 2 120w razor would be perfect for 4ft. Too bad I don't have the budget for that.
