i see fishes, seems like u didnt heed reefer's advice about cycling the tank first. And you said that none of ur equipments are on yet so theres no circulation? your fishes are gonna suffer (or should i say already suffering) and your LR might have a mass die off which result in longer cycling period.

wow thats great growth! my Forest fire digi is growing pretty fast but the only thing happening to my german blue is color changing. i see totally no growth at all and its been more than 2 months!!

Yes, the LED shimmer adding to the T5 providing the better spectrum will be the best. The LED also provide higher and better PAR level for the SPS.

Hey fellas! Im planning on a pico tank in my bedroom probably a 3 - 5 Gallon set up with very low bioload (probably just a yasha goby + pistol shrimp pair). and i want to make do with just one small hang on filter. Preferably to be dead silent or almost at least. Since its in my bedroom.. anyone have any recommendation for these filter? or what do you guys use if you have a tank in ur bed room?

chaeto should never be running at 24/7. best is reverse cycle of your current lighting. kH 15 is way too high. try to find a lower kH salt mix and slowly lower it to 8-9.
