iirc the outlet is using 19/27 hose. Unless you use the small outlet which is mean for 16/22.

My advice is try 1 capsule first and monitor if not effective then add 1 more. Remove active carbon and off the skimmer for 2~3hrs after dosing !

Yes. You can use it but there will be slightly lower flow compare to original adapter (technically). However you may or may not notice it unless the ampere of adapter used is greatly different.
