  10. your colleagues in which part of Japan? My office in Tokyo was relatively unscathed. They say all the documents and stuffs were on the ground and whole place a mess but otherwise ok. No injuries.

  13. Shd be more than enough time. Just cooked it with hot water and sun it till dry will do. If you have pressure cleaners, all the better.

  15. ahsiang, she goes work early to do rescape/water change nia! The cauliflower is doing fine, it's in one of shaded area behind the elegance so you probably dont see it. Also, it's usually smaller during the day and extend during the night.
  16. I think most reefers has mentioned and rightly pointed out the various possibilities. I used to have problem buying livestocks/corals from one LFS. It does not matter which place the fish/corals came from, it just die. However, recently we bought some from the same LFS and everything is doing well. So, I think sometimes it's matter of luck. All the possible reasons such as shipping, collection problems are valid. Try to QT them if you can or do FW dip like what Lemon suggest. Also, just because some fishes from other LFS is fine does not necessary mean your system is fine. They may be stronger in terms of immune system or have yet to show any syptoms. (touchwood! ) Anyway good luck and one last thing, you may want to avoid adding too many fishes at one time as well.. as it will likely cause even more stress.

  19. that's chinchai's tank from Thailand... he's like the GOD of reefing in Reefcentral Anyway, Sis Ming, i think not that bad la.. a bit like our tank at our old place.. Just a bit difficult for u to trim your SPS and place corals at the bottom i guess

  21. yup... unless your clownfish catch and feed the anemone then different story...
  22. try yellow wrasse...safest and more hardworking... Also, u sure it's not zoa-eating nudibranch?
  23. ya, just be patient... barletts, especially the male, colours up very intense and nice
  24. Very nice.. all the corals looks very healthy.. still got lots of space!
