I have seen a very fine thread like thingy that extends and contracts very often that is residing on my brain... it has some branching out fine threads too.. imagine a long line with several perpendicular lines along it... its white/transparent in colour..and keeps extending and retracting..

very nice harlequin mated pair.. i read somewhere in SRC that the colour of the starfish they feed on will affect their colours.. somehow got some truth...my pair turned a little reddish after eating a red linkia...but damn expensive.. so sticking to blue linkias now.. very nice percula pair too..the black ones!
