Yup. Quite an interesting genus these Amphiprion clownfish. Most started young with bright colors and morph while they matured to Male or female.

The LEDs need DC. Our home power supply are on AC. Thus u need a AC-DC converter + DC constant driver (power adapter+ buckpuck) or a AC - DC converter that have build in constant driver like those from Meanwell.

Yup. We can check in with 3 litres of water for personal ornamental fish import. But, I wun try it for any fish that cost > $500 buck. Nvr know how rough the check in staff will handle the package. I wonder if we can box them up properly and label "live fish" on it.

The ALD seems interesting with a limitation of max 480mA which is pretty low for high output LED application.
If u are looking at ALD, I suggest u look at the meanwell series unless the price diff is alot.

Head to what the local call "goldfish street". Take the MTR and alight on "prince edward" station (one stop after mongkok). The "goldfish street" is listed on the map and is at exit B2.
