There seems to be too much "die off" on the rocks. Maybe u should add in a skimmer to help remove the ammonia.

Btw, I'm not an expert. Are you trying to setup a new tank? Any snad bed? If so, I'll suggest u cycle ur LR in the new tank. Based on ur test result, you are getting an ammonia spike now. Part of the cycle. Too much ammonia might crash ur system though.

My advise for van is nvr ever speed. TP luv a speeding van from my experience, beside van over speed limit is really dangerous unless urs is those huge van (Merc or Renault).

Sorri, bro. I'm not targetting at u. Anemone do need strong lights to be healthy and it will benefit from some feedings. Anemome definitely do not scare of lights. They also have Zooanthd (spellings mistake) in them that will perform photosynthesis.

Anemone do need strong lights. Not generally recommended for newbie. Do take advise more carefully. Some are not to be believe.

T5 or MH, we are here to share our opinion and experience. Do not put down anyone comments. Btw, CAPS LOCK is deem to be shouting in forum. Point to notes, MH will increase water temp generally more than T5 thus chiller is recommended. I was once considering whether to inverst in MH or T5 but in the end went to T5 because of a few reason. I think i put up my comments somewhere in another T5 thread.

That's why chiller and MH is like a package. You should not go without either one, imo.
