Should be an Arc eye but of yours have a light body tone. Look out for your smaller fishes and shrimp. "All Arc Eye Hawks have a U shaped arc just behind each eye. This is yellow or orange in color, and may be outlined in blue or light purple. The underside of the head is often adorned with several lighter purple, or blue, and orange-yellow splotches."

I believe getting the basic requirement is the utmost important to start with. e.g main tank as big as you can afford with overflow to a sump (as big as possible). Lightings, chiller, ca reactor can be added later when you are more experience in reefing. A FOWLR will be a good start. After a few month, with more experience and reading up, you can then start corals. It is this time when you should think of lightings, chiller, CA reactor, etc. Happy reefing JC
