I doubt u can find sure tools. It will be better to decide what u intend to keep and learn abt their requirement. Its better this way in a long term.

One of my "amazing" milli. Color is still morphing. From brown to grey to now green. Showing some pinkish tip now but camera cannot capture it.

This acro has very intense purple regardless of top or side view.

The problem of SPCA is the dogs there are always not suitable for HDB. Thus alot of homeless dogs are still there or put down eventually. sad... You can try other forum. There're quite a few other dog rescue in Singapore. like http://www.asdsingapore.com/ and http://www.k9love.org/ JC
