My newly purchase 'six bar angelfish' tear my 2 cleaner shrimp into pieces, that i've had it for a year . Haiz, anyway, do you guys/gals have any experience with this fish?

nothing much... only Bubble coral, torch, some brains and clams. For Fishes, lots of regal angelfish, tomini tang, sunburst anthias, adult Emperor(sizes frm M-L), camel boxfish, tomatoe clowns, blue jaw trigger(mostly male), Porcupine puffer, sweetlips, a huge zebra moray eel, assorted unicorn tang and flagfin angel. Manage to get a six bar angel only. can anyone tell me how hardy this fish is?

Aquamedic Biostar flotor is the best. It might be slightly over your budget; but it is worth it.

I think protein skimmer is a must to all marine aquarium. If you decided to get one, i suggest you getting a good. Don't buy those cheap skimmer, it does not skim well and will waste your money for sure.

actually, no surprises. Their LS is no difference than the one at Plaza sing. The only healthy fish i spotted is the Flame angel. oh ya... you'd be surprise if u see one of the LFS ppl. ;P

theres a marine shop at tampines mall basement 1. i think they just open. Spotted a lot of chromis, flame angel, yellow tang, normal clownfish, black clownfish, tomato clownfish, assorted damsels. For corals, assorted zoas, hairy mushrooms, blue mushrooms, leather corals, torch, frogspawn, brains, tooth corals, assorted star polyp.

yeah... could be the crab... or other hicthikers chewing ur fishes. Like mantis shrimp. U should check ur overflow compartment too. my wrasse went missing for a couple of day until i check at the overflow. Its a pain to get him out! LOL.
