Hmmm where u intend to use the rock? in the main tank as rock scape or in the sump for filtration function? If in the main tank then like what ketchup said "choose whichever that is best for scaping and sticking corals and look nice", if in the sump then u no need so big piece of rock, waste space and costly also. Just put a few kg of biohome into the sump for filtration function should be more then enough.

It will be quite challenging to hide all the wavemaker as your rock is quite limited. Maybe u can reduce the number of wavemaker as you are not keep SPS, Lps do not need a lot of wave to make them happy. =)

Hmm that is a good thing about t5, u can change the combination of bulb according to your likely not fix combination. For colour 3 blue and 1 white is ok but grow slower. For faster grow, 3 white and 1 blue. For me I prefer colour then grow so I have 2 blue, 1 white and 1 purple plus. =)

For your tank size a 4 x t5 tube will be more then enough. 6-8 t5 is over kill liao. Try to get a better brand lighting set like ATI and u should be able to keep SPS provided your water parameter is good.

haha bro your eye very sharp, lol, I do make the scape higher and change the placing of the coral. Found that if the SPS dun do well in this area, can shift around and maybe there is one spot that the SPS lke. =)

Time for update. =) Recently changed my light to ATI sunpower and added a dosing pump. Take a picture now so that 1 mth later I know whether my tank get better or worst.

Agree with wilson, for SPS full tank will need to have cr or dosing pump if not then manual dosing. KH drop super fast, so weekly WC using H2O salt will not be enough to keep up with the dropping of KH everyday. Unless your tank only a few small frag of SPS or only LPS and softies then WC using H2O salt will be ok.
