  1. Hi bro, nice scape, 1 thing to take into consideration will be the lighting, what lighting will u be using? example if using mh, those are under mh, the par will be high so can actually scape lower under the light and scape higher at the side to maximise the lighting, For T5 the center will be strongest and side weakest and the light is quite well spread. Just a suggestion.
  2. Yup update us on the result. For those that has already started for a few mths, and find that the colour of the sps is getting paler, reduce dosage of fuel and increase the dosage of plus. For those that worry inconsistent dosing, will it affect the coral, no issue at all, I have went got holiday twice with no dosing for 4 and 6 days. No negative respond from coral, just continue after u return will do.
  3. Thanks bro, fragging sale will end this sat. After sat, all the colony will be glue back to original position.
  4. Thanks bros for all the kind words, up for the sale.
  5. See ya later bro. A lot of people asking me for picture, best to view in person and decide, if like then take.

  8. Thanks bro, haha should be next week ba, sps getting crowded and touching each other.
  9. I see, haha I think you are more active in arofanatics correct? I remember seeing your nick there. Yup depend on where you stay, I think there will be reefer around that area willing to help.
  10. Hmmmm the yellow wrasse jump out so I dun have le. Now I only have a mystery and 6 line wrasse. I think there is no correct or wrong method about having barebottom or sandbed, more of personnel preference.
  11. Haha that stag is the success experiment result from operation "chocolate bar extreme make over"
  12. Sure just give me a call or sms to arrange Thanks bro. =) Bro thanks for kind and encouraging words.
  13. Hmmm easier to maintain and I can position my wavemaker lower without having occasional sand storm.
  14. Bro is the 2 external tube white? Cause normally people put white tube in the center as they are the basic light and they are grow for coral grow, blue tube will be normally outside.
  15. Hi bro, if you want your mum to read chinese version regarding reefing can go to this site http://www.ph84.idv.tw/vbb/ . It is mostly in chinese. As all the people pointed out, better to start off with a mid size tank, there is more room for mistake. Simple rule - less fish is always easier. So for a start don't stock up too many fishes, this is the common mistake for starter, end up fishes kana ich and start to die and tank crash. passion die out and decom. Depending where you stay can always go to a reefer place to learn from them, easier to see the set up and learn.
  16. Hmmm from my understanding, clown goby is not reefsafe, it feed on sps if not wrong.
  17. Yes if your wrasse is big enough, mine mystery wrasse is close to 5 inch and it eats up most of my acro crab except those super big one. Depend whether you are very obsessed with sps poly extension? If you are then dun get angel, because even dwarf angel will have itch mouth and nipped the sps, which will cause the poly extension to be shorter. (Angel nipping of sps will not cause any damage to the sps)
  18. Yup for mh, normally people on on for 4-6hrs, so the rest of the time better to supplement with T5, for me I will go for ATI blueplus as the par value is quite high and coral look nice under blue light.
  19. The price should be around the same as the high end led lightset.
  20. Yup give it a try, easy to use and the effect is obvious.
  21. Should be camera. I am using 5 blue and 1 white so should not be yellowish
  22. Hmmm depend on the size of the tank, mine tank is 5x2.5x1.5ft if used for 6 mth will be $30 each mth.
