manado is a place for wall diving almost all the dive site are wall well all i went was wall diving the main reasons for going there is the pygmy seahorses they are so small that u need a manifying glass to see them i was lucky to spot about 5 of them. enjoy the photos

i have a 1" frog fish too i have put it into a small betta box inside my tank and put a damsel of the same size with him guess what he just sallow it and a frog fish can eat a prey that is 1.5 times of his size. now my frogfish is let out into the tank and he began to hunt his prey when the light is off. try to get many damsel and put into the tank with him he will eat them. good luck
