dont think cert is needed never read at anywhere that cert is needed .... even CG never ask for it ,... but i do have those safety gears like life jackets, whister, mirrors ... some of my fishing buddies even equip with hand held marine radio.

finally i got a home for myself.. was looking for a 3*3*2 tank but since your tank was 2.5*2.5*1.5 so i think i might as well take it ... i am more toward SPS ...
