Depending on how big your cynarina is you can feed it bigger pieces of shrimp. Place the shrimp at the centre of the coral. Put something soft and light on top of the shrimp if it will be blown away by current Wait for the feeding tentacles to grab the food before removing any objects holding the shrimp. You will know what you are feeding is too big if the coral spits it out after attempting to swallow it.

Anemones will only split under two conditions, severe stress or extreme good condition. If it splits when you just put it into your tank, it is most likely the former case. Most anemones stay in their tanks without splitting but those that split after sometime in your tank (provided you tank has been stable throughout) will split continously but not at an exaggerating rate depending on your tank conditions. If your anemone does well and split you can sell or give away the daughter anemone. That will be a good thing. Taking away the daughther anemone instead of the mother one is better because the daughter colonies are those that will usually start moving around the tank in search of new locations.

Yes. Cut them off at the byssal threads. They are hair-like and when you cut make sure the cut is as close to the rock they are attached on as possible and not the other way round. This will minimise cutting of they byssal organ itself. If you don't see the threads, don't try to pull them from the rock unless you know what you are doing. After removing it, place it at its new location. If it attaches to that location within a few days, the relocation is a success. If it does not, the byssal organ might be hurt and usually this is fatal for the clams.

Your tank is way overstocked. Seems like your maroon is hosting in your goniopora ? If it does your gonio is not going to like it and sooner or later it will most probably die. If your anemone is on the move you either move your corals away from it or move your anemone out of the tank. Taking out the anemone requires patience. Putting some strong flow at its base will encourge it to release its foothold however it will probably cause a big sand storm in your tank. Either way you can SLOWLY and GENTLY pull it out until it is completely free. And yes, adding another maroon is not going to help at all.

Looking at your tank, it looks like you are overstocking it. I do not recommend buying bangaii cardinals from LFS because they are now endangered according to the IUCN 2008 red list and only reefers with the intention of breeding them should do any purchase at all. You also have a couple of spotted cardinals in there. I don't think the cardinals are going to live peacefully together. From my experience with chromis, they do not surive in shoals well in a smaller tank. They usually end up with the strongest one within a matter of days to weeks.

A pair of ocellaris up for adoption. I have no anemone to host them so they host in coral. Sadly, I think my corals don't like so I got to give up my clownfish. New owner needs to be able to take good care of the fishes because they have been with me for quite a while and there is some feeling le.

I will be selling my angel and cardinal, take both at $12. The angel likes to nip at clams and rarely at corals. The cardinal does not get along with another cardinal that is why I choose to let them go. Both are good eaters and eat everything including pellets. Once confirmed, collection will be at Hougang Mall area.

I think that is far to low for SPS and lack of Sr could be the cause of tissue recession in SPS.
