This claim without any video is useless... It is impossible to get them to feed on any kind of food without any training...

Sighz, Another case of buying without research and buying just becos it looks interesting and nice... It is a obligated SPS feeder, not a fish for beginner and even for expert reefer, they have great difficulty in getting them to feed on mysis and homemade food... It will died shortly due to starvation.. Even with SPS, it is not confirm they will feed and without a sustainable amount of SPS, they are impossible to keep alive..

LOL... Lesser tank to maintain and one time maintenance... My Dad's Tank only have a pair of old black ocellaris, bulletproof one... LOL. I think more of like those tank in front of CF... Maybe only reef safe medication and feeding medicated food lor.. Yaya, Cant think of the word when I posted... Should be Isolation tank... Used to get the fish feeding and thru feeding medicated food to boost immmunity...

Most of them are turning brown after 2 weeks...

Instead of having individual tank for Frag Tank, Isolation Tank and Dad's Tank, I linked up everything with DIY Overflow and a pump, I will have more volume and easier to maintain then individual tanks...

For 1.44 watt/foot, it seems quite ex leh...

The K is color temperature if not wrong, I am not really sure becos LED is stil quite new, Many say minimum is 3w per LED... Lower than that is insufficient, but If a lot, it might still work I guess..

I find that it all depends on the wattage and the height of your tank?

I find it expensive... I think most DIY Guru could do it within that budget but if you are looking for visual, it is might be good enough... And the wattage is too low for corals...

That is very expensive for a QT and Frag tank.. LOL... Theoretically and mathematically, it is correct... LOL... I am using for 1 ft height so not looking for very powerful light... If the price is cheaper here, I would just buy rather than wait for shipping from HK... Your DIY is not bad looking quite a decent LED..

Any idea on the wattage of the strip? What voltage rating and amp DC adapter are you using? He is using a 100w LED which I think is quite expensive to just make one..
