It two possible Hybrid would be with Z. flavescens aka Yellow Tang or Z. veliferum... Cos the others are not commonly found in Hawaii so the possiblilty is low... My guess is a yellow tang X black tang... The front part is a bit lighter color... But still young, will find out when it is bigger...

Just leave it as it is... It requires a lot of effort and research in raising the larvaes and to get it to "settle down"... Not a easy task... The new larvaes will be food for your corals and other fishes...

Cauliflower? Which reefer told you that? From the sounds of it, it is more likely a fungus infection... You will need to treat it in a seperate tank using Anti-fungi medication... Most of these medication are non-reef safe so it will kill corals and inverts....
