It will kill good bacterias too... But I dun think all... Bacteria reproduce faster than you think.. I usually put it up for 24/7 hours...

I think it would be a better bet to slowly decompress it.. Needling to far too risky...

I kinda threw away the box liao.. Can try this link.. UV Can get from AquaFauna Supplies... It is recommended 6 months but I will change once a year.. I am running it on a 1500 ltr pump for the moment...

I agree, it will not help much if your tank is already infested with ich.. It will only reduce the amount of ich that are free swimming in your tank... If your tank is matured and yet the fishes you added still get ich, It is advisable to let the UV run for 1 month before adding new fishes to let the ich finish its cycle and hopefully, during the free swimming stage, some will get killed by the UV when they pass thru the UV...

I am always a supporter of UV... Just bought a 55w UV... There is no outbreak of ich since I added it..
