Think best is to let your tank settle down and test for possible ammonia spike for a day or two den if everything okaie den add your LS back... Would be safer this way... And try not to stir up the sand if not i think you will need to cycle again... Having partial water change after the rescape... Will be good...

To play safe, you still need to cycle your tank again... But it will be shorter compare to a new tank setup... Just take note of your NH4 and NO2... After they before zero, you can start stocking...
