I think can if you have enough scavengers for your leftover food and you have a overkill skimmer.. It seems should be quite okay... Since you have 2 cleaner shrimp and 4 blue knuckle hermit... and the serpent star is also a good scavenger...

For green wrasse, they practically eats anything.. Haha.. Should be able to do well with pellets..

It is a zoas parasite... It will kill your zoas... So far there is not many medication that we can get in SG to cure it... I used to get Pre-furan medication from ML to dip the zoas in.. I am not sure if ML have new stock of the medication... Can call and ask...

I would go with the oblique dottyback.. But take note both are aggressive fish when settle down and i mean really aggressive.. The dottyback would disturb your new wrasses instead...
