  1. Nothing to fret about... Becos the parameter/lighting is different in your tank and the LFS tank.. So it normal for the zoas to expell its zooxanthellae...
  2. You have also mah.. Not meh? Haha..
  3. Hey all.. Found this useful program while surfing the web... It can be used on Ipod products but not sure about mobile phones, Still trying out.. Coral Version Fish Version
  4. Wah... A bit difficult to ID ler... But I filtered out several possible coral.. Maybe a Echinophylia, Mycedium or Oxypora.. But not sure of exact species... Hahaha..
  5. Hey, Seems like a Amblygobius decussatus - Orange-striped goby to me... The coloration seem like stressed coloration... You just got it?
  6. Yes, confirm gone case... i wont recommend Carpet for small tank and they are relatively difficult to take care of esp S.Haddoni... Your best bet is A RBTA or BTA... Can try M. Doreensis, It is Long Tentacle anemone, but for this species they only burrow in sand, so your flow must be not too high if you wanna keep these...
  7. Just break the rock and cut the matting of the zoas according to the rock shape can liao...
  8. Parameter looks fairly normal... No need to do anything special ler...
  9. You need not get magnifica for occellaris specifically, Occellaris will host most of the anemone that we can get in LFS lest the rock anemone.. My Previous batches of Black occellaris host in RBTA, Sebae.. Sometimes Carpet...
  10. All interested and question pls direct to 93822624(Lorenzo)... I am just posting on his behalf.
  11. Sighz... Been searching for a photo of my old Magnifica but all not uploaded onto online album... Stucked in my spoilt laptop... It did very well for my tank, was staying put for very long untilll it started to move... Once it found its place try not to do any changes to the flow and lighting(Which i tink is very difficult)... Very nice anemone indeed...
  12. You probably wun get Multiband goby in SG anytime soon.. Haha.. They originate from Bahamas and West Atlantics.. There are not much demand and dun think many LFS are able to get fishes or exporters from there...
  13. Magnifica is quite a difficult anemone to keep... Actually magnifica can be found commonly... But normally brown and a bit purple, not much color... CF have a stock sometimes..

Fuel, You are the best man... Haha.. Will got take a look if i pass by there...
  15. Pasir Ris will be the best bet for you to go... Most of the LFS are there... Just tell the taxi driver pasir ris farmway.. Perhaps you can get some local reefer to bring you while you are here..

    Foam Spray

I am using it for a background rockscape... Something like these..(but these are done using Cement, Sand and Coral Chips)
  17. Yes, Most Marine LFS should have, just ask for mysis shrimp... can do without the frozen brine shrimp... This banner is easy to get feeding.. With a few days of training, it should start feeding..
  18. What Banners are you talking about... Try minced shrimp or mysis shrimp... They should get used to it quite easily..

    Foam Spray

Hi, Anyone know where I can get those foam-making spray.. I dunno what is it called, But it is those spray that will spray out foam and the foam will harden and cure after sometime... It will become something like a Styrofoam... Thanks..
  21. I am not sure about MCE600, I think it is in sump skimmer.. But H&S and Skimz require a feeding pump as they are recirculation skimmer, meaning can be place out sump or in sump... I wont recommend using gravity feed although it does save some cash on a feeding pump and the running cost... Dun feel quite reliable.. Haha...
  22. Haha, True maybe i am basing it on my own previous bioload... :whistle For low stocking, should be okay.. Haha... But be on the safer side and kiasu a bit get the H&S or Skimz...
  23. I dun think MCE 600 can cope with a 3ft tank bioload... Skimz 150 or H&S would be better choice..
