  1. Wondering if there are any reefers that keeps oddball fishes, Like Filefish, Toby, Scorpion and any weird looking fishes.. I am sure there is.. Come on, Lets share our odd looking fishes..
  2. Ok, who bought the last piece of dwarf scorpion at LCK, please own up.. Hahaha.. Went down to buy but to my surprise it was sold.. Never thought anyone would appreciate, I just wanna check the species of it.. Please pm me if you got the fish..
  3. Love the rhyzo and the halcurias anemone.. and one of my favorite anthias, fuscupinnis but dun think ready to pay that price tag yet..
  4. It is not banned. The only octopus that is banned or restricted is Blue Ring Octopus.. It is not a popular stock for LFS as they will be stuck at the LFS and not a good seller.. If you are really interested in keeping octopus, go for wunderpus or mimic octopus.. Have much more personality that normal octopus and much more nice but it is more expensive also..
  5. Check your ANN... Or is there any fishes chasing it.. Normally fishes jump becos of the the bad water parameter..
  6. Juvenile Holacanthus and some other juvenile of other bigger species angelfish acts as cleaner fishes in the wild for larger fishes so it is quite expected that will happen if you have very large fish such as tangs in your tank..
  7. Just run phosphate remover...
  8. Haha, Cos the lighting looks yellowish.. Hehe.. But on closer look, it does have the blue iris and blue ring round the eye.. Did you got it as a hybrid or a normal Eibli?
  9. You can tell from the hand???!?! LOL...
  10. LOL... To shop like a moving company, we must have a very deep pocket.. LOL!!
  11. Depending in the degree of yellow and the region it is from. If it is from usual Philippines or indo shipment. It might not be a tigerpyge.. although a few specimen is exported from bali... So a better photo is a must. From the photo it looks very yellow but it is due to the lighting that it is under.. adjust your camera wb..
  12. It will be used up in a few hours if it is 24/7 dosing. Normally I will just mix enough for the day and drop it in. It takes bit of trial and error ito get the actual dosing amount.. cleaning the reactor is just a magnet cleaner. Lol. No need to open and a weekly cleaning using sponge also can..
  13. Oh, still there? Was there since the last Sulawesi shipment.. but most likely a sp.. not sure if it is Scops or Darwiniensis..
  14. It is just like a modded denitrator with a aqualifter, dosing 24/7 or can set on timer to dose at specific timing.. cost is very variable the aqualifter is 18 and for the old denitrator depends if you can get a cheap one such as dymax cr or denitrator.. basically it is for the food to be in suspension in the reactor, and dosed periodically.. so just mix the food and freeze them and drop it into the reactor and let.it dose.... lol..
  15. Hope you are feeding the seafan enough...I can help you setup a food reactor if needed..
  16. One tell tale sign is that it is brown.. LOL.. The colored one are not photosynthetic... Other than some species from carribean, which are purple but photosynthetic...
