Looks like it... They looks like air bubble... Actually I dunno about others but with my PO4 at zero I still get cyano unless it is leaching out from somewhere and being used up as it leach back so my reading is still zero...

Can be popped?? or are they bubbles caused by algae?

It will become dull like my tank... LOL!!

I think most of the common shipment comes from Bali but not sure if it is whole of bali that is protected...

Now Bali waters are protected... Corals and fishes from there will be getting more scarce... Bali waters now protected zone
