  1. Very. Quite. Very. At least when they appear in japan website always got woo wahs. Maybe can ask Dr.Tanaka if he has any and how rare it is to get now.
  2. Oh pls they do not sell the rarest fish. This lanceolatus i think will be kept at their display at Okinawa together w the guyanensis butterfly, basabei, and other deepwater anthias and wrasses.
  3. And other ultra rare and deepwater japan fishes collected for blueharbour: Pseudanthias Rubrolineatus and Odontanthias unimaculatus.
  4. Yes, in the small styrofoam box dying. Attached is a flavicauda pair. So pretty.
  5. Ok something rarer at blueharbour now. They jux collected one lanceolatus wrasse and all along we tot roseafascia and lanceolatus are v similar, if u look at the pics they are so different!
  6. P.Ventralis Hawaiensiss came in at least three times already. Once at CF, once at Iwarna, and once at LCK. The latest one is at LCK which is a few months back. Came in about 3 to 4 i think, with v nice males and $350 each and all develop the rotting marks on their bodies. V difficult fish if not collected properly. The first one is P.Flavicauda male, v rare and hard to come by. Second is RabaulIchthys Suzukii i think but not v sure. Ah ya one of the sailfin species la.
  7. If i'm adding anthias again this is prob wat i'll do also. Majority bartletts and one or two ventralis (perhaps some hawaiiensis ones as well haha).
  8. My opinions: - Pseudanthias smithvansi (Dun waste money, need peaceful tank) - Pseudanthias flavoguttatus (No exp w this, but as u said, those that came in seem to be mostly doing v well, so can giv it a try) - Pseudanthias tuka (Dun waste money, v difficult to feed enough) - Pseudanthias bartlettorum (Your number one choice, hardy, rather beautiful, active, except a little bit too common) - Pseudanthias evansi (Dun waste money, same reason as tuka) - Pseudanthias aurulentus (No exp w this, but read they're moderately difficult, so can giv it a try but mux wait for them to come in first) - Pseudanthias ventralis (I know this is not a species to form a group because of the price, maybe one or two mixed into another group of anthias? Difficult but one or two with other anthias seem to do better than a big group of their own, but still v much depend on luck i guess) I guess lunatus w a diamondtail cos that photo i think is taken in japan, seen it in soe website but cant remember which one.
  9. So ugly.. Anyway look at these awesome pics of flame hybrid in the wild:
  10. His fishes are amazingly healthy. Love the showdown between the bimaculatus and bicolor anthias at 0:28.
  11. My favourite butterfly, and most holy grail butterfly: C.Flavocoronatus Too bad it'll never be available to us i guess...
  12. This is v nice, tricolor longnose! Anyway the personatus caught are female much bigger than i tot, more 6 inches! Tot at a shallower 250ft will be juvi. That means personatus can be shallower than everybody thinks in the main island, jux tat their location may be not known yet. Basabei and excelsa are so much deeper!
  13. Upz for the thiellei Price negotiable, pls pm if u're interested. Thank u.
  14. In the 3rd video there's a small female pink fairy wrasse with yellow forehead in the background, u know wat's the fish?
  15. I've told u my tank is actually not bad looking, despite being filled w "ugly" corals, but well i'm less demanding when it comes to corals so my definition of nice is quite different to many others. Ok back to the thiellei, collection will be in woodlands or anywhere nearby. The fish is caught and holding in sump now.
  16. Attached are some pics of the clownfish. Sorry i've to take pics of it in the fish net so that it stop moving, when clownfish moves it's so hard to take pic, esp w my lousy camera.
  17. Dear all, One Amphiprion Thiellei for sale. Price $300. Feeding on everything, fish is fat and healthy at about 1.25 inches. I'll upload latest pic soon. U may pm or sms at 96951347 for further queries. Thank You for viewing.
  18. Dun waste money on 6045, u can buy a 6025 and mod it to 6045.
  19. 250ft is not shallow! I wonder how long he took to pull the fish up to the surface. It's not the easiest fish to decompress. Well all the best and happy to see tat this collection is a success. To those who can afford, envy!
  20. And ultra big! Hopefully.... Not yet, waiting for RB since their carribbean supplier seems to be able to get anything and everthing from carribbean.
  21. It has no tinkeri shape actually, the forehead of tinkeri is very steep. Maybe declivis x quadrimaculatus. Or declivis x miliaris.
