  1. Rare Aussie stock at Dejong Marine Anoplocapros lenticularis Anoplocapros robustus female Aracana aurita female Eubalichthys mosaicus (Very Rare!!) Pseudanthias Engelhardi
  2. Super rare trigger at LADD: Xanthichthys caeruleolineatus V nice oddball at LADD: Rypticus nigripinnis
  3. Green Chromis are not herbivorous. They cant survive jux on seaweed alone. Even blennies (ecsenius) requires some protein food like mysis to thrive. Tangs and rabbitfishes are the only real herbivores but they grow big. To answer your qn of any herbivore reef fishes that are small in size and typically swim in groups like those anthias? Answer is no.
  4. That was my favourite piece of maroon that came in on the night of PNG shipment.
  5. Yes but colini in the wild already has too many vids on utube. Griffis and aurlentus captured in the wild r first.
  6. If u think u hav seen enough lemonpeel hybrids and feel that they are boring and all the same, then here are some new ones with unique colors and patterns to rekindle your interest for this hybrid. They are recently acquired by the japanese and one of the lemonpeel is trying to imitate the joculator, in fact i feel it is even nicer than a joc!
  7. Finally found more info. Two B.Pylei were caught in Marshall Island at shallow depth and were both sent to Japan LFS Aquastage. It was a surprise catch as they were usually very deep and never seen at the collection area prior to these two. One pylei is 12cm (about the max size for a pylei) and the other much smaller at 6.5cm. Both fish were priced the same, at 798000 yen each or equivalently 12800 sing. Contrary to the belief that they will be hard to feed like their close cousin B.chabanaudi, both pylei have weaned off live feed and started to eat prepared food!! Both pylei were sold to the same rarefish collector. Now here are the pics Bigger pylei And here is the famous smaller one
  8. Deepwater PNG! Rarities in the vid: griffis angel and aurulentus anthias. Griffis is a rare, deepwater, hardy but underappreciated angelfish becos of its dull colors. I've never owned a griffis. But i'm lucky to keep another PNG rarity, the poliourus angel.
  9. Confirm velvet. Cupramine is by far the most convenient and effective treatment. There are some sacrifices u have to make, search online but i think it's ok since u not gg into corals and keeping only FOWLR.
  10. Clarion eats a lot and is a poop machine.
  11. Ya jux to help everyone recall its common name was stubby fairy wrasse and an article about it was posted on RB.
  12. Hi where is this shipment? Iwarna? Also may i clarify the masked angel is referring to semifasciatus or personatus? thk.
  13. Definitely one of the most beautiful fish as juvenile. Adults are ugly. This clarion's orange is very red. It stands out the most in this batch of clarions. Was not intending to buy it at all after the smallest was taken, but this piece the color was so intense that i could not resist!
  14. Took the video around 630pm. The latz are tired and resting in each RBTA. The female's bed is the higher RBTA while the male's bed is the lower and smaller RBTA. That's what they do every evening. Very cute behaviour.
  15. Here is another closeup of the clarion. Can watch in HD. For the impatient u can scroll straight to 3:00.
