Normally they will, although slow introduction has a better chance of avoiding the fight. Bicinctus are considered slightly more aggressive than percs. Fiercer clownfish added later will also decrease the chance of fight. U need to decide if u can take the risk.

Yes the family Genicanthus are reef safe. Common ones here are bellus, swallowtail. Of course the holy grail is personatus which will never make it to our shore.
