  1. Let me start a series of rare "Japanese fishes" in the aquarium trade: The first to go is C.Interruptus
  2. Super rare Liopropoma Tonstrinum selling for $4000(who has money to lend?)....
  3. Super rare Liopropoma Aurora just caught in deepwater of Hawaii, of course sold off to Japan immediately (price will be unimaginable, est $5000 range)
  4. pseudanthias hawaiiensis (has it ever been brought into Singapore? One of my hard to keep dream fish):
  5. Lei Trigger has a wider range than Crosshatch but its still typically being collected from hawaii, which means is also rare. Plus local reefers have no interest in triggerfish so its hard to see them brought in, low demand so no supply. Other common triggers quite similar to Lei and easily obtainable from indo shipments at small sizes are Huma and Bursa. But i'll recommend the blue throat (the best in terms of price and size) as they are typically smaller and least aggressive. As for myself, I hope one day i'm able to obtain the holy grail Lunula or Goldenback.
  6. Yes they make v interesting grunting sound, quite loud esp in the late night. They also grunt when i bring food near water surface, reacting to the feeding. This pair are from LCK. Anyway Irwarna and Ah Beng also brought in before.
  7. Yes blue throat and x hatch are v closely related, except for a price difference of at least ten times.
  8. I got them from LCK. But they are big fishes, female 7 inches and male 8+ inches, so they need a 5 to 6 feet tank at least. Mine is a 5ft and i still feel it's not enough for the male.
  9. Yes, but v mild and its on and off case. As long as it's still feeding healthily chances are it's ok so i'm not worried.
  10. There are other inhabitants (like black tang and some wrasses) will take their photos when tank is in better condition.
