Sailfin Anthias. Exact species i dunno, cos sailfin anthias is a poorly known genus! Nice fish and can be found in philippines and vanuatu.

Yes it is Black Margin Pseudochromis (Pseudochromis Tapeinosoma). Tapeinosoma is the closest i can link the fish to. It is suppose to be black margin, but mine is dark blue margin. Some of the pics online show tapeinosoma with blue margin, so i suppose they can come in blue margin form also. Nevertheless still a very uncommon dottyback. Not a rare fish in the wild, but jux rarely imported.

Cos i was torn between using black sand or whitesand, den i tot jux use both lo, black bottom and white top. But the black start spilling out and make it so untidy! Thank U. My corals are jux to fill up the background so tat my fishes will hav a better home. I still need more fishes, tank can still hold more fishes. A few fishes i've been bugging the LFS to bring in, hope i can hear good news next year!

Not forgetting the thiellei clown, it is quite rare too! There are other more common fishes tat cant be seen in the photo, like blue stripe pipefish, dracula goby, full moon goby etc.

I've decommed and went into a nano tank. It is a 2.5 by 1.5 easy to maintain and still good enough to keep me away from boredom. Some pics taken using hp so not v clear. Tell me the rockscape is terrible, i know! One day i'll find a chance to rescape everthing again!

Coral x flame is v v nice, nicer than rusty flame. It can appear anywhere in philippines shipment, in CF, or Ah Beng, or Pinnalce, or Iwarna, or even Irene(hidden gem)!

Haha they are identical! And i'm a supporter of Copps that shepardi is actually not a species of its own but a result of flame and rusty hybridization and took over the parent species in Guam. This is the famous pic of a coral beauty x flame angel from vanuatu: It reminds me RB a few months back almost able to secure a coral flame hybrid angel from their supplier and estimated to sell at 5k! But obviously we lost to another country and few weeks later one Japan LFS managed to obtain a coral flame hybrid angel! Too much of a coincidence.

I not v sure. But a Japan website i seen last time they call the fish samoan coral beauty and i also remember reading somewhere saying this is a rare colour morph from samoa. Of course not all coral beauty in samoa are like this, but these colour morphs can be found, more than one, in samoa.

The full orange coral beauty is also called the "Samoan" coral beauty becos this rare colour morph is found and caught in Samoa.
