trace elements... maintain your ph and kh well and maybe kallwasser (calcium hydroxide) or calcium...i think that is all most basics... and maybe bacteria culture

i have currently bought a bag of grade 0 sand and after washing it still has lots of minute wood chips...(i presume its a wood chip... its black in colour)...is it reef safe ? help please...

currently there is a "ban" of selling live rocks in fish fams and fish shop... will this law be here to stay ? will there still be incoming supplies of live rocks ... i believed that many reefers here are ery concerned about the future of live rocks ....
