  1. Hey Tango! Long time no see! How's life treating you?
  2. Spidey, do you think you are ready to commit to taking care of a dog? Their needs are far more than a tank and the first few months can be very trying as you need to be patient, loving while learning to spend time disciplining, bonding, teaching etc. After that, it'll be with you for years... counting on you as master of its life.
  3. Clowny... read carefully. It is an out of tank treatment. Not to be practised in a reef tank.
  4. Most mature Yellow Foxfaces will develop a distinct black spot on its body, near the tail. Your specimen is probably getting there soon. Dun worry!
  5. Gorgeous closeups! What kind of rig you using?
  6. Heard from the grapevine that a hobbyist here is targetting newbies by marking up the resale price of ordinary corals by many times and trying to convince them that's its either a good/rare specimen and worth the price quoted. If you spend the time asking around the LFS and fellow hobbyists about the market price, you won't fall into this trap. Beware and please report with solid evidence if any so others won't fall victim. Thank you and be safe!
  7. Certainly was the biggest I've ever seen!
  8. This giant came right up close to the rocky outcrop near us and just stopped against it for a while.... coool!! http://www.sgreefclub.com/video/video-manta2.avi
  9. The water here was 22c and it was miserable underwater... hands shaking as I shot this video of the mantas... so please excuse the out-of-frames! http://www.sgreefclub.com/video/video-manta1.avi
  10. At Manta Point, where we were guaranteed sightings of mantas... and we saw about 5!
  11. Resting on a rich soft and hard coral filled reef wall!
  12. Check out its body!! Does it say... "KEEP AWAY! DANGER!" to you?
  13. It's absolutely gorgeous... and deadly.... duh... do i sound like Steve Irwin here?! (God rest his soul).. take a look at its tassels and fins!!
  14. While shooting the mola mola, with my back against the rich reef wall... i saw my THIS!!! THE BIGGEST AND REDDEST SCORPIONFISH I HAVE EVEN SEEN IN MY LIFE!!! Thank goodness it was red because I could have easily put my hand on it if it was brown instead!
  15. Wow! You were at the Osaka aquarium? I have yet to see a whale shark so if I don't see one soon... I'll be buying a ticket to see one!
  16. oops... this should have come first... the side profile of the flounder before he got annoyed and scurried off....
  17. Another master of camouflage! The octopus!
